Sometimes all you need is more coffee

by Chris Garrett on October 19, 2006

Yesterday was an important day over at Performancing. Unfortunately due to a dangerous mix of not-enough-sleep and too-many-coffees (I lost count after eight) I was in a very volatile mood. Put it this way, if I had wanted to fly yesterday, airport security wouldn’t have let me board even if I was in an airtight 3oz ziplock container.

I had a simple solution to the problem. A couple of beers … then more coffee.

Aaah coffee, what would I do without you …

Dude, I cannot condone such abuse of your body during times of stress! Try some sleep and some yoga to balance out the caffeine. Serious. ;) Your adrenals (and your family/friends/colleagues) will thank you….

Good advice, I just need to actually do something, which I guess is the hard part :O) I *so* need to do something like yoga (in fact any sort of exercise). As it happens I think this abuse of my body has started to catch up to me :OS I suppose I can start with actually leaving the house on occasion ..
