I spend way too long in front of the computer some days and since making the switch from working out of home to working at home I’ve added a few extra pounds.

I’m fortunate that I have a six year-old daughter who keeps me active and also my Springer Spaniel, Lily, who has now become a huge part of my get-fit regime.

Mixed with the long walks I’ve just started half-an-hour plus runs 3 x a week. Without Lily I think the motivation would probably wane but it’s fun jogging with my furry friend.
