Google Site Flavor ..Themes?

This may be old news to some people but I just discovered this tool that lets you know what flavour google thinks your site is!

This tool from Google Labs tries to work out what your site is about so they can provide you a customised search engine. The idea is you get your own search engine based on a theme like their existing public sector and Microsoft flavored searches.

Do you think the categories it returns are useful information (link exchanges, site themes etc)?

It tells you what category/categories Google thinks your site comes under. Seems to get it almost right most of the time when it can determine a category (although where it got religion from for my asp.net blog I dont know).

Anyone think this is useful? I am thinking a link from two similarly themed sites will have more impact than two from different categories? Also, if you have a category in there that is off topic would your pages rank better if the terms that are sending the site off topic are found and removed?

Thoughts? Anyone? Anyone? Thoughts? Anyone?
