When I used to use a PC years ago I wrote a VB program that would remind me every day to do certain things. Stuff I wanted to get into better habits doing, like taking a break, drinking more water, taking my vitamins. Is there any way I can do this on a Mac without installing potentially dodgy shareware?
You might think reminding myself every day to do such stuff is lame but when I am working I focus so much that I forget what day it is let alone to do stuff I actually think I ought to do. Those kinds of reminders really did help.
Any tips would be most gratefully received …
