		<description>I really doubt that people outside the USA are going to have any influence. The biggest issues in the US revolve around domestic issues like the economy and the like.

The people likely to be most influence by foreigners are also the ones least likely to have voted for Bush in the first place.

It is sad that Blair hasn&#039;t had a good kicking at the ballot box. He deserved it over his handling over Iraq but as ever domestic issues override foreign policy. How we are ever going to look the Iraqis in the eye ever again?</description>
