Benji dog is not just a lovable companion but through forcing me into regular walks is actually helping me get a little cardiovascular boost, along with some fresh air and sun. Before the pooch came along I would spend way too much time locked inside. He doesn’t realize it but he is good for my health as well as my mood :)
